	Henry Kay Chairman of the Board of Directors Henry is the US partner of Medica Venture Partners, a venture fund that focuses on healthcare. He recently retired as the Group Vice President of New Market Development and Strategic Planning of Boston Scientific Corporation (BSC). Henry's group was responsible for strategic planning and supplementing internal R&D through identification and assessment of external investment and acquisition opportunities.   Henry held several senior positions at BSC, including VP International Marketing for Medi-tech and Meadox. Henry also held senior marketing roles and was involved in R&D, International Marketing, Regulatory Affairs, and Strategic Planning for major pharmaceutical companies like Allergan, Schering-Plough and American Home Products. 	Andrew D. Fox, MD President & CEO Dr. Fox founded Wadsworth Medical Technologies in 2005. Prior to this he was a professor of surgery at the University of Massachusetts Medical School.   Dr. Fox received his B.A. from Columbia University and M.D. from Yale. He received his general surgery training and vascular fellowship from the University of Pennsylvania. In 2005, he received his M.B.A. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sloan School of Business.  Dr. Fox is board certified in both Vascular and General Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. 	Aron D. Wahrman, MD, F.A.C.S. Chief Scientific Officer Dr. Wahrman is a Clinical Associate Professor of Surgery at Temple University School of Medicine, where he serves as Vice Chairman & Associate Residency Director for the Division of Plastic Surgery. Additionally, Dr. Wahrman is affiliated with Roxborough Memorial Hospital, Hahnemann University Hospital, Chestnut Hill Hospital, Lankenau Hospital, and Abington Memorial Hospital in the metropolitan Philadelphia area. Dr. Wahrman received his B.A. from Columbia University and his M.D. from Yale. He received his training at his residency the University of Pennsylvania and has held fellowships at Temple University, 1990-91 Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, and Georgetown University Medical Center. He is currently an MBA candidate through the Fox School of Business at Temple University.
